Probation needs separate care. A court may impose it without a state-prison release. A blank Released Date means that report did not document a release as prepared. It does not prove continued custody. Older weekly PDFs are useful public history, but they are not a published legal retention schedule or a complete jail-management file.
What proves release? A matched Released Date is much stronger than roster absence. If exact time, reason, or destination matters, seek the underlying record from the agency that held the person.

Property After a Howell County Release
Property rules help identify which facility's process applies. The Howell County jail directs a person to retain one suitable outfit for release. For a DOC transport, the county encourages release of clothing the night before and says property left after transport remains for 14 days before disposal. That transport is a departure from the county jail, not a community release.
West Plains uses a different rule. Its city detention information describes release clothing and a 30-day period for property left before transport.
